Coronavirus COVID-19 Updates


As we all navigate through the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we want to assure you that Colorado Credit Union cares about the health and safety of our members and our staff. For this reason, we are restricting access to our branch lobbies until further notice. 

Branch Access Changes:


Effective Thursday, March 19, the following changes will be enacted:

  • Ken-Caryl and Brighton lobbies will be open for loan appointments only.
  • Ken-Caryl and Brighton lobbies will be closed to all teller transactions until further notice. Please use the drive-up lanes or ATM for all transactions other than loan appointments. 
  • The Downtown branch lobby will be closed until further notice. Deposit and withdrawal transactions can be made using the ATM.
  • The Ken-Caryl branch move to San Juan Way has been postponed.
  • The Annual Meeting has been postponed to May 19. 

Reminder: Lobbies are closed.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 am – 6 pm

Wednesday 9 am – 6 pm

Saturday 9 am - 12 pm

Mobile Deposits

Deposit checks using the Colorado Credit Union mobile app. Just snap a photo of the front and back of your check and confirm the check amount. Don't forget to include 'For mobile deposit only' when endorsing your check. Click here for mobile deposit information and a how-to video. 

Send Money Securely

Easily pay bills using our Bill Pay service online or in our mobile app. Colorado Credit Union members can wire transfer funds and initiate ACHs via the call center at 303.978.2274.


Payment Protection Program (PPP)

Full details for the PPP program are still being finalized, however, once the SBA releases final details and guidance on the program, Colorado Credit Union will be providing PPP loans to businesses. Be assured that we are actively working to operationalize this program as quickly as possible. We can assist you now by accepting your applications and supporting documents. We will keep them active and ready to move forward as soon as we are able.
