As your credit union, we value your business and will continue to provide you with the best possible service and make sure your online accounts are safe and secure. To ensure your online accounts continue to maintain the highest security possible, you will need to complete a few security questions while logging into I-banking starting on August 28, 2007. You can bypass these questions up until October 1, 2007. After that date you will be required to answer them when entering into I-banking. Listed below are a few of the additional security measures we have implemented:
Enhanced Security Features
Your account is protected from unauthorized access through strong usernames and passwords. We will continue to incorporate the highest internet encryption security measures available.
- Security Code – When logging in, you will be required to retype a string of letters and numbers shown in a protected security key image box. This will ensure even more security for your accounts preventing hacks from automated programs.
- Security Key - You will be asked to enter a unique, confidential security key word or phrase. Every time you log in after you specify your security key word or phrase it will be displayed on every page of the I-banking site.
- Hiding Your Member Information – This will give you the option to hide confidential information such as your member number and social security number.

Enhanced Account Management Options
It will now be easier than ever to manage your finances online with our new account management options!
- Calendar – This will provide an at-a-glance overview of member accounts in a monthly calendar format, including cleared checks, withdrawals, deposits and transfers. Clicking the date will show details of that day’s transactions.
- Account Transaction History – View transaction history by withdrawals or deposits. Successful scheduled transfers will also be listed in the account history display.
- Member Nickname – This will allow you to create an alternate name that can be used instead of your account number when you log in to I-banking.
